This instrument is a precision instrument for measuring high precision screw. It is mainly used to measure the spiral error of trapezoidal screw and ball screw. The instrument is driven by an AC motor to rotate the spindle of the head frame, toggle the measured lead screw to rotate synchronously, and drive the head to drive the measuring frame to move on the guide rail.

Instrument Configuration
• The principle of synchronous displacement absolute value comparison is adopted for lead screw dynamic measurement, circular magnetic grid is adopted for angle measurement, linear grating is adopted for length measurement, which has large range, high precision and compensation unit, and can complete various compensation. The spindle control system of the measurement system adopts AC servo motor speed control mode, and the motion controller is selected as the servo system controller, which can conveniently realize the control of servo motor. The instrument adopts cast iron bed, three-point main support;
• The measuring frame moving guide rail adopts high-precision steel ball ball and double V-shaped steel guide rail form; equipped with a temperature measuring device, which can accurately compensate the influence of temperature on the measurement.

• For trapezoidal screw with measuring length ≤ 2000mm and length-diameter ratio ≤ 40:1, the instrument can measure level 5 accuracy;
• For measuring the length of more than 2000mm ~ 3000mm trapezoidal screw, the instrument can measure 6 levels of accuracy.
• When measuring the lead error of the ball screw
• For ball screws with measuring length ≤ 2000mm and length-diameter ratio ≤ 40:1, the instrument can measure grade 1 screw;
• For measuring the length of more than 2000mm ~ 3000mm ball screw, the instrument can measure level 2 accuracy.

• System motion parameter setting: screw parameter input, screw test status (speed, length) setting;
• Dynamic measurement of lead screw stroke accuracy;
• Lead accuracy measurement error compensation condition detection (temperature compensation);
• Data processing and analysis of lead accuracy measurement results: 2π error, 300 error, full length error, full length average travel deviation, conformity determination, test report;
• Test results output: analog record curve output, digital quantitative test curve and results of the printout, screen real-time detection status output;
• Data management: the management of test object characteristic parameter detection data, inspection report, conformity inspection and other data.
