Instrument Configuration
• Using the principle of synchronous displacement absolute value comparison for dynamic measurement of lead screw, angle measurement using circular grating, length measurement using laser ruler, large range, high precision, and has a compensation unit, can complete a variety of compensation;
• The spindle control system of the measurement system adopts AC servo motor speed control mode, and the motion controller is selected as the servo system controller, which can easily realize the control of the servo motor; the instrument adopts cast iron bed;
• The measuring frame moving guide rail adopts high-precision roller leveling-V-shaped guide rail; equipped with a temperature measuring device, which can accurately compensate the influence of temperature on the measurement.
