This instrument is a precision instrument for measuring high precision screw. It is mainly used to measure the helix error of trapezoidal screw, ball screw and ball screw pair with a length of 400mm and a diameter of 6-25mm. The machine tool is driven by the AC motor to drive the head frame spindle to rotate, toggle the measured lead screw to rotate synchronously, and drive the head to drive the measuring frame to move on the bed rail.
