    Mainly used for hard milling forming of lead screw thread raceway

    It is mainly used for hard milling and forming of the thread raceway of Hao bead lead screw, and can also be used for rotary milling of trapezoidal lead screw thread, and can be used for cutting of ball lead screws with a diameter of less than 100mm.

     

  • • Adopt SIEMENS 840D SL numerical control system to realize three linkage control of eight axis (HJO92) or nine axis (HJ092x80).

    X-axis: half closed-loop control of milling head transverse feed motion

    C axis: head frame spindle rotary motion configuration rotary encoder full closed-loop control

  • • Processing ball screw P5 level, accuracy in line with (GB/T17587.3-199B);

    • Processing trapezoidal screw grade 8, accuracy compliance (JB2886-1992).

  • • The bed is made of high-quality high-strength cast iron to achieve high rigidity requirements.

    • The milling head spindle adopts rolling bearing structure, and the rotary drive uses AC frequency conversion stepless speed regulation to realize constant linear speed milling.

    • The rotation of the headstock spindle is driven by an AC servo motor to realize automatic indexing and stepless speed regulation. The tail of the spindle is equipped with a high-precision rotary encoder as the reference element for rotation and indexing.

    • Milling head carriage can carry out cross movement, all by AC servo motor through elastic coupling, high-precision ball screw to achieve rapid advance and retreat, cycle feed or workpiece diameter compensation and other functions.

    • Adopt cyclone hard milling technology to ensure the surface hardness of the lead screw raceway.

    • Use split or indexable CBN molding inserts to reduce processing costs.

    • Use compressed cold air to cool the processing parts to reduce the environmental pollution caused by the use of coolant.
