The internal thread grinding center of the SKR7612B is a CNC control machine tool, which is specially used for grinding ball screw nuts. It can finish grinding the inner raceway, outer circle and shoulder surface of the workpiece in one clamping.
The machine adopts SIEMENS 828D to control the servo feed movement. The machine has automatic cycle grinding function, single-stroke or double-stroke grinding function, which can realize automatic cycle feed and compensation, automatic dressing of the grinding wheel, and the machine is equipped with diamond roller dresser to dress the grinding wheel, and can complete the automatic compensation of dressing amount and other functions.
