The machine tool is mainly used for grinding triangle, square, square, long diamond, polygon and round indexable insert
This machine is mainly used for precision machining of hard alloy, ceramic, CBN materials and other indexable inserts. The machine tool adopts an imported FAGOR8070 numerical control system and is equipped with an articulated manipulator. One clamping can realize the processing of the peripheral contour, chamfering, rounding, single-sided or double-sided chamfering of the blade. It can also be used for the peripheral curve processing of non-standard blades and is suitable for mass production.
The machine tool is mainly used for grinding triangles, squares, squares, long diamonds, polygons and round indexable inserts.

CNC axis:
X-axis: The transverse feed motion of the grinding wheel frame is configured with the full closed-loop control of the grating ruler.
B axis: workpiece spindle rotary motion configuration angle encoder full closed-loop control
C axis: rotary motion of rotary table configuration angle encoder full closed-loop control (optional)
Y axis: longitudinal reciprocating motion of the grinding wheel frame W axis: automatic cleaning feed motion of the grinding wheel
