    The machine uses the top end face to clamp the workpiece, and the plane grinding wheel end face grinds the periphery of the blade.

    This machine is a five-axis CNC tool grinder, mainly used for precision machining of hard alloy and ceramic materials with indexable inserts. The machine tool is equipped with an automatic loading and unloading device, which can realize the processing of the peripheral contour, chamfering, rounding and double-sided chamfering of the blade in one clamping, and can also be used for the peripheral curve processing of non-standard blades, which is suitable for mass production.

    The machine tool is mainly used for grinding triangles, squares, squares, long diamonds, polygons and circles that meet national standards for indexable inserts. For non-standard blade processing, need to be equipped with special fixture.

    The machine uses the top end face to clamp the workpiece, and the plane grinding wheel end face grinds the periphery of the blade. The peripheral curve of the workpiece is realized by the system controlling the rotation of the workpiece, the rotation of the turntable and the four-axis linkage interpolation of the grinding head feed.

    • Linear motion axis (X, Y): The transverse feed and longitudinal feed motion of the grinding wheel are driven by linear motors and roller guides, and the grating ruler is configured to realize full closed-loop control;

    • Rotary axis: the workpiece spindle (B axis) and turntable rotation (C axis) are directly connected by torque motor to realize precision rotary transmission, and circular grating is configured to realize full closed loop control;

    • Equipped with automatic workpiece positioning mechanism, driven by cylinder;

    • Equipped with two sets of length gauge, used to detect the shape and thickness of the workpiece size accuracy;

    • Adopt multi-joint manipulator to complete loading and unloading; equipped with grinding wheel online cleaning device.

    C axis: rotary motion of rotary table with absolute value grating ruler full closed loop control;

    W axis: grinding wheel online cleaning feed motion servo control.
