Adopt SIEMENS 828D numerical control system to realize five-axis three-linkage control.

X-axis: cross feed movement of grinding wheel carriage
C axis: headstock spindle rotary motion configuration angle encoder full closed loop control
V-axis: Dresser Slide Vertical Motion
W-axis: dresser carriage horizontal motion
Among them, C and Z axes are linked to realize thread movement; W and V axes are linked to dress the grinding wheel through diamond rollers; two electronic handwheels are configured to manually control the movement of each numerical control axis of the machine tool.

The grinding ball screw of the machine tool can reach P2 grade, and the accuracy conforms to GB/T17587.3-1998(ISO3408-3:2006); The inspection tool is the screw dynamic measuring instrument.
