SK6420 CNC screw rotor milling machine is mainly used for milling precision screw rotors and other special-shaped spiral surface parts in industries such as air compressors, refrigerators, industrial pumps, etc. It can also be used for milling ZA, ZN, ZI and ZK cylindrical worm. The CNC system of the machine tool can control the five-axis three-linkage to realize the milling of special-shaped spiral surface workpieces.

Main configuration and requirements of machine tool numerical control system and electrical system
• CNC system:
Using Taiwan Baoyuan special high-grade CNC system to achieve four-axis three linkage.
• Number of control axes:
Z axis: longitudinal movement of the table
X-axis: the transverse feed motion of the milling cutter holder
C- axis: rotary motion of headstock spindle
A- axis: automatic rotation of the milling cutter holder
Among them, C and Z are linked to realize thread movement; electronic handwheel is configured to manually control the movement of each CNC axis of the machine tool.

1) Compensation function: reverse clearance compensation, lead screw pitch error compensation;
2) Feed function: fast feed, precision feed. Feed rate adjustment (per minute/per revolution)
3) Minimum pulse quantity: linear axis 0.001mm, rotation axis 0.001 °.
• Configuration of remaining major electrical components
1) The protection grade of the electrical control cabinet is IP54, equipped with wall-mounted industrial air conditioner, and the lighting lamp and power socket for maintenance are installed in the electrical cabinet;
2) Power cables and signal cables are installed separately to avoid electromagnetic interference and ensure reliable operation of the control system.
