This machine is suitable for the tool workshop of the machine factory. It is mainly used for grinding cylindrical external thread workpieces and can also be used for grinding annular grooves on cylindrical workpieces;
The cast iron bed is equipped with the main components of the machine bed, and the front of the bed is equipped with the main operating mechanism. The workbench moves longitudinally along the rolling and sliding hybrid guide rail (I. e., the V guide rail is sliding and the flat guide rail is rolling) of the front bed, and the grinding wheel frame moves horizontally along the rolling guide rail of the rear bed. Its movement is smooth and precise, light and flexible. The grinding wheel frame is mounted with a grinding wheel spindle. The grinding wheel spindle adopts high-precision rolling bearing structure. The spindle speed is adjusted by stepless frequency conversion speed regulation; the grinding wheel frame is also equipped with an automatic grinding wheel dresser, which can realize the automatic feed movement of the grinding wheel dresser. The grinding wheel modified by the dresser can grind various triangular threads and trapezoidal threads;
The spindle of the head frame does not turn, and the workpiece is driven by the dial. Its transmission can rely on the stepless adjustment of the AC variable frequency motor. The adjustment range is very large, up to 5-200 r/min;
The pitch of the grinding thread is adjusted by the exchange gear, and the correction ruler can be used to increase or decrease the adjusted pitch within a small range, so as to correct the cumulative error and adjacent error of the pitch of the workpiece. The correction ruler is installed inside the workbench.
