SK7620C CNC internal thread grinding machine is a three-axis two-linkage CNC internal thread precision grinding machine developed by our company. It is mainly used in the automotive steering gear industry and is used for the grinding of double arc ball nuts.

• CNC system
The machine adopts SIEMENS 828D numerical control system, which is controlled by three axes and two linkage. The longitudinal movement of the worktable, the transverse movement of the grinding wheel frame and the rotation of the workpiece spindle are realized.
• Number of CNC axes
Z axis: the longitudinal movement of the working table configuration grating ruler full closed-loop control
X-axis: grinding wheel frame transverse feed movement configuration grating ruler full closed-loop control
C axis: head frame spindle rotary motion configuration encoder full closed loop control
C, Z two axis linkage, realize the thread movement.

• Linear feed axis is driven by linear motor, full closed loop control, eliminating the transmission gap, to achieve high precision control.
